Like many athletes, I learned early that performance was often associated with control — controlling emotions, eliminating doubt, and becoming mentally stronger.
But over time, my understanding of performance began to change.
Some of the most meaningful moments in my career did not come from pushing harder or trying to perfect myself. They came when I allowed more of myself to be present in sport — when I stopped hiding parts of my experience and began performing from a more honest place.
That insight eventually shaped the foundation of my work.
Today, through my work with Becoming Whole, I accompany athletes in exploring the psychological realities of high-performance sport. Rather than focusing on fixing or optimizing the athlete, the work focuses on understanding and integrating the full experience of performance — including doubt, pressure, vulnerability, and identity.
Because sustainable performance does not emerge from becoming harder.
It emerges when athletes learn to integrate the parts of themselves they were once taught to push away.
Alongside my own experience as an athlete, I hold a Master’s degree in psychology, more than 500hr of Yoga Training, and specialized training in sport psychology. Over the past years I have worked with professional athletes, teams, and organizations internationally, including roles within elite football environments and university sport in the United States.
Today I work with athletes around the world through individual sessions, reflection-based resources, and selected retreats.
My intention is to create a space where athletes can step back from the constant demand to perform, reflect on their experience in sport, and develop a more integrated relationship with themselves and their performance.
