Hi I’m Berit.
I'm Berit. I played professionally for nine years on the German National Team — and now I work as a sport psychologist for the inside of that experience. My work is for athletes who want to perform from a more honest place.
The approach
Becoming Whole is a psychological approach to high-performance sport that helps athletes and coaches move beyond the idea that mental strength means controlling or suppressing difficult emotions. Instead, the work focuses on integrating the full psychological experience of sport — including doubt, pressure, vulnerability, and identity. Through reflection, conversation, and mindful practices, athletes learn to develop psychological flexibility and a more honest relationship with themselves, allowing them to perform while remaining fully human.

„Berit helped me through a very difficult time, showing me new perspectives and methods that are making a real difference. I can talk to her about anything that weighs on me or holds me back in my sport, and I've learned to handle challenges and negative thoughts so much better. Since working with her, I feel more myself — and know I can always turn to her for support.“
